I'm looking to lead operations, business development, staffing, or projects where I can build structure, develop teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and take ownership from analysis through delivery.

I've led healthcare staffing operations at Sjukvårdsmäklarna Sverige AB, overseeing delivery for 20–50 active nurses, specialist nurses, and physicians while developing Consultant Managers and managing budgets, KPIs, payroll coordination, recruitment quality, and contracts.

I've represented businesses in dialogue with all Swedish healthcare regions, public authorities, providers, and other decision-makers. Across healthcare staffing, rural fibre expansion, construction sales, and technical sales, I bring public procurement, stakeholder negotiation, commercial development, and project coordination from analysis through execution.
