What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead or support customer operations, improve call quality and team performance, manage reporting and workflows, and use my bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

I've progressed from Front-End Agent to Closer to Supervisor at Debt Resolution & Validation Services, where I lead a team of four closers and support consistent operational workflows.

I monitor productivity, KPIs, and adherence to company standards, conduct customer-call quality reviews, and provide practical coaching and performance feedback.
