At Ritual, I built an npm-packaged design system used across Ember and React production applications. Its localization-ready components cut feature development time by 20%.

I also designed and ran A/B experiments using Segment and LaunchDarkly, driving conversion lifts on upselling and abandoned-cart recovery. I led a zero-downtime migration of the customer account management application and updated payment capture with Stripe.

Before Ritual, I shipped payments and real-time messaging at Provi, and developed CRM marketing automation features at ActiveCampaign. I came to engineering from a non-traditional background in youth development, and I value workplaces where authenticity and different perspectives help shape better products.
