What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own delivery across public-sector digital transformation and R&D programs—covering discovery, requirements, planning, governance, consortium coordination, and structured reporting end-to-end.

I lead e-governance and public-sector ICT and digital-transformation projects, owning work from stakeholder discovery and business analysis through solution definition, delivery, and completion.

At Allweb Solutions, I run the full project lifecycle—requirements, delivery planning, team leadership, financial monitoring, risk/change management, deliverables, and reporting—while coordinating internal multidisciplinary teams and acting as the main contact across national and European consortia.

Previously at VIDAVO, I managed national and European R&D projects in digital health, remote patient monitoring, and IoT-enabled healthcare platforms—eliciting needs, defining requirements and user stories, and guiding solutions from concept to delivery and adoption.

I also product-led a computer case from concept to market launch, and I’ve worked in R&D engineering and nanotechnology research, including support and development activities spanning ultrasonics, cavitation physics, microfluidics, and cell culture.
