I’m looking to lead the full partner stack (or build it from scratch): creators, affiliates, referrals, and resellers. I want to own these channels end to end at an ecommerce, SaaS, or creator economy company that treats partnerships as a real growth channel. Based in Brazil, remote in US time zones, open to travel. Full-time or contractor via my US LLC.

Alexandre Formenti do Valle
@alexandrevalle
Partner Marketing Manager at Shippo. Built its creator program from scratch: 60+ creators, 600+ affiliates and 300+ referral partners.
What I'm looking for
At Shippo, I built the influencer program from scratch, developing 60+ active ecommerce creator partnerships. In April 2026, the program brought in 100+ New Active Users, Shippo’s strongest partner marketing month on record (and keeps growing). I also manage 600+ affiliates and 300+ referral partners, including the fraud review process that keeps commission quality high.
I also created AI-powered workflows for creator discovery, scoring, outreach, and operations, cutting manual work by more than 80%. That frees my time for what matters most in this job: building relationships with creators, negotiating deals, and making sure content actually gets published.
Before Shippo, I built and scaled partner programs across B2B SaaS companies in Brazil. At VHSYS, I rebuilt the channel program until it became the company’s lowest CAC channel, growing MRR by 212% in 10 months. At Track.co and Hyperflow, I was promoted into revenue leadership roles and doubled Hyperflow’s revenue in 9 months.
What I’m looking for: creator, influencer, or partner marketing roles where programs are judged by real acquisition numbers. I’m based in Brazil, fully bilingual in English and Portuguese, and can work as a full-time employee or as an independent contractor through my US-based LLC.
