I’m an IT support technician with hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and remote technical assistance. I’m CompTIA ITF+ and A+ certified, and I’m comfortable diagnosing issues remotely or building a system from scratch.

Since 2025, I’ve worked as a freelance Technical Support & PC Technician, building custom PCs from scratch (component selection, full assembly, OS setup, and performance optimizations). I diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients, using desktop tools so I can support them without needing to be on-site.

I also focus on clear communication and strong fundamentals—explaining technical problems in plain language and helping clients understand how to avoid repeat issues. On the device side, I’ve handled Android customization, including rooting and installing custom ROMs for users who wanted more control.

Earlier, at Justbit, LDA, I supported networking work by monitoring and maintaining company infrastructure and building and testing fiber-optic cables with careful attention to signal quality. I’m fluent in English and European Portuguese, which helps me support users effectively across different contexts.
