What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer-focused IT support role where I can provide reliable technical assistance across a global workforce, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and end-user issues, and continue building my networking and information security skills.

I've supported end-user systems, network devices, and hardware and software issues as a Network Support Intern at AjHumanAI. I investigated connectivity and system faults using structured troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.

I've installed and configured routers, switches, and connected end-user environments while supporting Windows and Linux systems. I use Wireshark, Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, VMware, and Cisco IOS to test configurations, diagnose faults, and validate connectivity.

I've also built a real-time medicine reminder app and designed a swarm robotics system using decentralized communication. I'm seeking to contribute reliable technical assistance to a customer-focused IT support team serving a global workforce.
