What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead pastry production with strong organization—managing inventory, coordinating workflows, and delivering excellent desserts for events and daily service while supporting and training a motivated team.

I’m a pastry sous chef focused on consistently high-quality dessert production, smooth service, and reliable event execution. I bring strong ops instincts—from inventory and ordering to day-to-day workflow coordination—so teams can deliver with confidence.

Across roles including Pastry Assistant, Pastry sous chef, and Head Baker, I’ve produced catering desserts, handled plating and production for dining and farm-store demand, and supported small events with organized prep lists and production readiness. I also contributed to new menu development and bring a detail-driven eye to cake decorating and bread/cake craft.
