I’m looking for a hospitality team where I can bring consistent pastry quality, speed, and attention to detail—working with strong collaboration across culinary and events, growing through seasonal menu creativity and leadership in service.

I’m a Pastry Cook focused on delivering exceptional, detail-driven desserts in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments. I thrive on maintaining quality and presentation while supporting smooth workflow under strict service and production deadlines.

In my current role, I manage daily operations and collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to stay efficient during peak demand. I execute special orders and VIP/event desserts, and I develop and support seasonal menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.

Previously, I supported high-volume banquet and catering operations while keeping standards consistent. I also stepped into leadership-facing front-of-house work—training and mentoring new staff, coordinating reservations and guest flow, and improving seating efficiency to reduce wait times.
