What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support role where I can deliver hardware/app support, train users, and provide GDS (Sabre/Amadeus) assistance while continuing to grow in network administration.

I’m an Asistente de Soporte TI focused on support de hardware and soporte de aplicaciones, including Mail Exchange, while gathering user requirements across business areas. I help users by capacitar them on the correct use of company information systems.

I also support GDS users—administering and providing assistance for Sabre and Amadeus—and I approach work with solución de problemas, analytical thinking, and strong organization.
