I standardized candidate tracking across 55+ roles and built reporting on pipeline bottlenecks, stage aging, and reschedules.
I’ve implemented Ashby’s AI features and custom workflows for tasks like NDA collection and hiring manager availability, and trained recruiters to use AI tools in their work. Previously, I supported recruiting coordination at APOLLO.IO and full-cycle technical recruiting at TECLATalent and BAIRESDEV.
