What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruiting or HR operations role where I can improve processes, lead system implementations, develop teams, and partner cross-functionally to deliver compliant, high-quality candidate experiences.

At Vensure Employer Solutions, I've led recruiting operations transformation, including implementing a new ATS, managing vendor relationships, and training the recruiting team on the new system.

I've directed full-cycle recruiting for a new global EOR vertical and partnered with HR leadership to align recruiting practices with policy compliance and a consistent candidate experience. I also designed standardized back-office procedures that improved traceability and supported SLA and KPI compliance.

I build training programs, coach teams, prepare executive reports, and use ATS analytics to identify workflow improvements. I bring more than five years of recruiting and HR operations experience, along with English, Spanish, and Catalan.
