At Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, I plan and execute corporate and association events and conferences for 20 to 800 attendees. I streamline planning with Delphi, Social Tables, and Salesforce while partnering with sales, culinary, operations, and marketing teams.

Previously at Capital Hilton, I managed the full event lifecycle for government agencies, corporate clients, and associations—from sales and site inspections through contract negotiation and execution. I was promoted to Catering Events Manager for my performance, leadership, and client service.

I've also led a 15-person front desk team at Hilton Washington DC National Mall, trained new hires, and improved service procedures based on guest feedback. My hospitality background includes sales coordination, guest services, event logistics, client communication, and post-sales support.

I'm eager to contribute to a growth-focused hotel sales team while continuing to develop in hotel sales and event management.
