I’m an analytical Informatics graduate with an Upper Second Class (2.1) Honours Degree in Informatics, and I’ve applied data analysis, reporting, and operational analytics to support business decision-making within the telecommunications sector. I collect, clean, validate, and interpret operational data to spot trends and strengthen data quality.
In my operations analytics and customer experience role, I monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), develop daily/weekly/monthly reports and operational dashboards, and lead root cause analysis to recommend corrective actions. I also coordinate complex incident resolution and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and I’ve built a customer churn prediction machine learning project using Python.
