What I'm looking for

I'm looking for full-time remote contractor cooperation from Slovenia, working in e-commerce operations and customer support.

I operate e-commerce and web-based business processes at MojBIZ poslovne rešitve Aleš Matavž s.p., supporting customer enquiries, product questions, complaints and order-related processes through written communication.

On Harmonija.net, I operate a Slovenian online store with approximately 300,000 products. I built daily CSV catalogue synchronisation and custom database exports and feeds for Google, Facebook and Ceneje.si.

At MojBIZ, I develop and maintain WordPress/WooCommerce solutions, custom plugins and database-driven automations. I also maintain hosting and server environments, including root servers, cPanel/WHM and Enhance, and am available for full-time remote contractor cooperation from Slovenia.
