What I'm looking for

I'm looking for IT support, systems administration, network support, infrastructure monitoring, NOC, junior cybersecurity, or SOC roles where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting skills and continue developing in cybersecurity.

I've supported IT systems and services for a Game Studio in Dubai, working in a Microsoft-based environment from 2020 to 2026.

I administer Active Directory and DNS, resolve technical issues, and provide hands-on support for users and systems.

I configure switches, VLANs, switch ports, and port security, and I perform network troubleshooting with basic Cisco ISE operations.

I implemented and configured Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and issue investigation, while continuing to build my cybersecurity, penetration testing, and Splunk knowledge.
