What I'm looking for

I'm seeking my first professional position in IT, drawing on my practical technical training and customer service experience.

I independently built Noospheric, a four-virtual-machine lab in Hyper-V that connects Debian servers, a Windows Server 2022 Active Directory domain, and a Windows 11 workstation.

For the lab, I installed and configured Wazuh 4.14.9, deployed its agent to a Windows endpoint, and verified the server connection. I also configured SSH and Nginx on Debian.

I set up an osTicket Helpdesk environment using Apache, PHP, and MariaDB, then configured WireGuard VPN to restrict remote access. I tested ticket creation, replies, status changes, and closure.

At SPAR, I serve customers and check POS systems, payment terminals, and network connectivity when issues arise. I document symptoms and checks, then escalate to IT/1C support when needed.
