I'm looking to improve technical operations through AI-assisted automation, clear cross-functional workflows, incident management, and process optimization.

At Incode Technologies, I own customer-impacting incident and escalation workflows across Jira, Slack, status communications, and RCA. I design AI-assisted automations for incident intake, reporting, RCA drafts, release data capture, client briefs, and similar-incident context using Tines, Notion, and Claude.

I've also coordinated releases and CRM operations, performed manual QA testing at Grip, and bring a practical process mindset shaped by retail management. I enjoy translating operational pain points into structured workflows, testing changes, and iterating with users.
