What I'm looking for

Remote roles, open to worldwide. Based in Belgrade, Serbia. Not authorized to work in the US and would need sponsorship there. Open to full-time and contract. Prefer individual contributor roles in AI engineering and deployment, solutions or implementation engineering, customer success, customer service management, technical account management, or React Native development.

At Two Brick Labs, I co-founded a two-person software studio building subscription mobile apps and SaaS products. I shipped Halcyon, Chorey, and LinkRot to production, directing AI coding agents and handling specs, architecture decisions, QA, and releases.

I build with React Native, Expo, Supabase, and RevenueCat, and prototype AI-powered apps using Supabase Edge Functions to call LLM APIs securely. My workflow is spec-first: I define the product requirements, technical spec, and data model before code.

At Betsson Group, I launched customer support for Rizk.rs from day one and built KPI tracking for every agent. Earlier, at Examroom.ai, I co-designed an agent KPI tracker that became the company-wide standard.

Before that, at Geodis on the BP account, I helped lift delivery SLA from 77% to 92% during COVID-19 by consolidating shipments and optimising loads. My customer support and operations experience informs how I build products for real users and measure what matters.
