At Kiwibot / Robot.com, I built the mapping and routing platform used by 500+ delivery robots across 39 locations. I extended OpenStreetMap with safety and connectivity data, helping reduce collisions from 16 to zero, and created high-definition sidewalk maps that cut delivery times by 30% versus public map data.
I also own the cloud infrastructure and DevOps for robot-related systems, lead the company's ISO/IEC 27001:2022 security program on Google Cloud, and ship AI features and robot-learning pipelines. As Co-Founder and CTO of Nutstore S.A.S., I designed its smart-vending product end to end, from PCB and firmware to offline-first kiosk software, payments, computer vision, and cloud services.
