I’m a bilingual education and customer service professional with over 14 years of experience in education, leadership, and customer service. I coordinate academic accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and supporting administrative and academic documentation for evaluation and reporting.

As an English Teacher across elementary, middle, and high school, I planned and delivered engaging instruction, developed lesson plans to improve student participation and learning outcomes, and integrated digital tools to strengthen classroom interaction and virtual learning experiences. Previously, I also worked as a Customer Service Representative in a call center, handling inquiries with timely support in a fast-paced environment—skills I now want to apply in remote education, instructional support, or customer service roles.
