What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a retail leadership role where I can grow sales, lead and develop teams, strengthen merchandising and inventory operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

I've led retail operations across Ulta Beauty, Basecamp Franchise/Kid to Kid, Tommy Bahama, Macy's, and my own ClothesHorse Upscale Consignment store. At ClothesHorse, I owned and operated an upscale consignment business for more than eight years, earning Best of the Beehive recognition and coverage in the Salt Lake Tribune.

I've increased sales volume, managed inventory, merchandising, pricing, purchasing, scheduling, payroll, marketing, and store operations. I enjoy training and coaching teams, developing visual presentations that maximize sales, analyzing business trends, and delivering strong customer service.
