What I'm looking for
At the German-American Fulbright Commission, I coordinated international DEI and scholarship programs from planning and budgeting through delivery, working with partners including the U.S. Embassy and German Federal Foreign Office.
I've designed and facilitated 20+ DEI workshops, webinars, conferences, and orientation sessions for 300+ international scholarship recipients and professionals. I also standardized grant-lifecycle processes, developed an organization-wide DEI handbook, and advised executive leadership on workplace culture, accessibility, compliance, and organizational change.
My background includes international program delivery at Social Impact and the University of Washington, alongside stakeholder engagement, research, donor management, and multilingual coordination. I'm a Certified Diversity Coach and speak German, Albanian, and English fluently.
