What I'm looking for

I'm looking to expand educational opportunity, strengthen leadership capacity, and build thriving communities through equitable systems, programs, and partnerships.

I oversee student affairs operations for Florida State University’s Valencia study abroad programs, supporting more than 700 students annually through orientation, coaching, conduct administration, crisis response, and engagement initiatives.

Previously, I built partnerships and workforce-development initiatives with Denver’s Early Childhood Council, advancing culturally responsive access for refugee communities. I also coach young adults through trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches to growth, leadership, and life transitions.
