At University of Pittsburgh, I created and led a study abroad program in Romania and Belgium, coordinating partnerships, budgets, travel logistics, communications, and recruitment. I initiated and sustained relationships with dozens of NGOs, government agencies, international organizations, and cultural institutions.
I also supported students navigating academic and personal challenges, confidentially managing 300+ individual cases annually. I created public-facing materials for 30 undergraduate courses and used discussion-based teaching with more than 900 students.
Earlier, at United States Institute of Peace, I coordinated 65 grants for projects in the Horn of Africa and led a transition to digital file management. At 4 Peace Inc., which I founded, I developed relationships with lawmakers that helped pass legislation resulting in approximately $300M in divestment from companies involved in human rights violations in Sudan.
