What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR Manager role where I can own end-to-end recruiting, build and strengthen corporate culture, and use structured assessments (KPI/OKR, 180°/360°) to improve engagement and retention with a strategic team.

I’m an HR Manager who builds HR from scratch and scales it with clear processes. I combine full-cycle recruiting with onboarding, adaptation, and structured people development to help teams perform from day one.

I lead hiring for a wide range of roles, including IT positions (back-end, front-end, iOS) and business/office functions. I run interviews, phone/video screening, sourcing, and onboarding, and I support talent decisions with assessments like 180°, 360°, self-assessment, and KPI/OKR-based evaluation.

I’m known for strengthening corporate culture “with zero”: values, rituals, communication principles, welcome training, exit interviews, and a feedback culture with training and consistent formats. I also work directly on retention—diagnosing turnover drivers and improving engagement and internal processes, including gamification mechanics.

Alongside recruiting and culture, I take People Partner and Business Partner responsibilities: supporting teams, handling requests, developing leaders, and contributing to strategic decisions using HR tools. I’m excited to bring this same structure, empathy, and measurable approach to your organization.
