At Aegis Compliance AI, I built and run the operational, commercial and AI infrastructure from zero. I shipped around 30 live agents across 36 n8n workflows in under 60 days, with documented rules and governance controls.

I built the governance framework before shipping features, including autonomy levels, human review thresholds and verification gates. I also ran market validation that informed the company’s problem statement, competitive positioning and commercial metrics.

At SiteMinder, I owned a £30M ARR EMEA portfolio and built predictive churn and commercial-intent modelling. It reached 95% accuracy with 60–90 days’ lead time, helped lower regional churn from 16–17% to 12%, and informed product-roadmap prioritisation and executive GTM strategy.

I also designed SiteMinder’s global onboarding and enablement framework, which was adopted company-wide and remained the operating standard after I left the role. Earlier, I worked across customer lifecycle and activation, commercial operations analysis, and financial control.
