What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote technical support role where I can contribute my PC troubleshooting, Windows configuration, communication, and problem-solving skills while continuing to grow in programming and IT.

I provide freelance IT support for personal computers, handling hardware maintenance, component upgrades, thermal paste replacement, and PC troubleshooting.

I install, format, reinstall, and configure Windows systems, as well as software including Microsoft Office. My customer-facing work at Santa Isabel (Cencosud) has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments.

I'm studying Programming Engineering at INACAP, where my coursework covers Python, SQL, systems architecture, software engineering, front-end and back-end development, networks, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

I'm bilingual in Spanish and English, with a Cambridge FCE B2 certification, and I bring practical technical support skills alongside a growing programming foundation.
