Benjamin Loyola

I’m an IT support specialist with solid experience handling and resolving technical issues in both Windows and Linux environments. I’m known for strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Since October 2024, I’ve been part of a technical support team assigned to the Judiciary, providing first-level assistance to resolve user technology issues efficiently and promptly. I approach support with a user orientation that keeps requests documented, tracked, and acted on quickly.

In my day-to-day work, I diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and I support users through both remote and on-site assistance. I also configure equipment, collaborative tools, and institutional accounts to help maintain operational continuity.

Alongside my support experience, I’m currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity Engineering (in progress) to deepen my knowledge in information security. Earlier, I completed a Full Stack Generation Programming Bootcamp, which complements my technical foundation and keeps me motivated to grow in both support and security-focused problem solving.
