Hi! I'm Alannah, an AI Operations Specialist who has spent the last few years essentially building the "AI Ops" role from scratch before the industry even had a name for it.

In my current role, I manage Intercom's Fin AI agent across 10,000+ monthly conversations, which means I spend my days doing things like obsessively batch-testing prompts, hunting down failure patterns in conversation data, and convincing our AI friend to stop being weird and hallucinating. In six months, I took our CSAT from 81.9% to 91.6%, resolution rates from 55.8% to 68.6%, and automation rates from 51% to 67.7% — across 60,000+ conversations. I was also recognized as an industry leader at Intercom's Fin Improvement Workshop in San Francisco, where I got to benchmark performance with peer SaaS companies and nerd out about AI optimization for an entire day. Highlight of my year, honestly.

Beyond the AI stuff, I'm a pretty solid operational swiss army knife. I keep projects moving in Asana, communicate blockers early, document everything obsessively, and collaborate well with teams of all kinds.

I'm at my best when I'm deep in the data, optimizing workflows, and making AI systems work better for the humans who need answers.
