I’m an administrative and project support professional with 16+ years of experience supporting executive leadership and keeping complex operations running smoothly. I’m known for strong organization, attention to detail, and a steady commitment to operational excellence.

As a Project Administrator / Administrative Assistant at Hammond & Associates Consulting Engineers, I coordinate project deliverables, reports, and communications for engineering teams and management. I manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and site visits, and I serve as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

I also handle key business operations, including monitoring accounts receivable, budget tracking, and collections activities, along with negotiating vendor contracts and overseeing office operations and facilities.
