Alaisha Namukasa

I am a detail-oriented and dedicated customer service and collections professional with experience in loan collections, insurance customer care, and office administration. I consistently aim to build trust with customers and deliver excellent service.

From 2018 to 2023 I worked as a Collections Officer for an online loan company, where I reviewed debtor lists, contacted customers about overdue bills, advised on payment options, negotiated payment plans, and maintained payment records.

Previously, I served as a Customer Care Assistant at an insurance company (2009–2015), handling incoming calls, resolving customer queries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, and escalating complex issues to management when necessary.

Earlier in my career I worked as an office attendant and secretary, maintaining files, typing, photocopying, and ensuring smooth office operations. I am eager to continue learning, contribute to a team environment, and apply my strong communication and customer-focused skills in a new role.
