What I'm looking for

I'm seeking U.S. remote customer care or healthcare support work where I can resolve member, patient, and provider questions, protect confidential information, and deliver accurate documentation and follow-up.

I've supported patients, providers, and pharmacies at Lexington Urgent Care, resolving appointment, testing, referral, laboratory, and prescription-related questions across phone and in-person channels.
