At SmartConnect Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I coordinate releases and end-to-end deployments for enterprise CRM and omnichannel platforms across production and UAT servers. I troubleshoot incidents across Windows and Linux environments, including Node.js services, reverse proxies, and caching systems.
I built PowerShell deployment workflows for backups, artifact extraction, configuration updates, and post-deployment checks, reducing a typical deployment from 20–25 minutes to about 5 minutes. I also created endpoint health-check and recovery scripts, along with deployment guides and disaster recovery runbooks.
My work includes NGINX and IIS configuration, server-side remediation for client VAPT findings, and support for Apache Ignite and Redis. I’m building AWS and DevOps skills through hands-on labs, including an AWS portfolio web application using Node.js, Angular, Linux EC2, NGINX, and Amazon RDS for MySQL.
