At Greenberg Engineering Pvt. Ltd., I manage key client projects from order to handover and won Teerath Developers through cold calling and relationship building, closing a ₹3.5 Cr contract. I work with MEP consultants, architects, builders and fire department officers across Lucknow.

I lead site teams across fire safety and MEP projects, coordinating sprinkler, hydrant and fire pump systems. I also built Badboy, a tool that analyzes fire-fighting CAD drawings and generates a BOQ; it has been tested on a live project and is used by three fire-fighting contractors on active sites.
