I’m a Detail-oriented production coordinator with experience coordinating daily branch operations, maintaining operational reports, and bridging communication between regional teams and management. I focus on workflow execution, documentation, and operational tracking to keep teams aligned and processes running smoothly.

In my customer-facing role as a Senior Customer Relationship Executive, I managed customer relationships, improved client satisfaction, and increased repeat business through effective engagement. I also coordinated order management and customer communication processes, using CRM-driven coordination to keep operations accurate and responsive.

On the analytics side, I support reporting and data transformation using Power BI, Power Query, and advanced MS Excel. I’ve worked on POS data integration and inbound/outbound call data analysis to improve reporting accuracy, streamline data flow, and strengthen data validation for better decision-making.
