At 18-24 Travel, I managed the full booking lifecycle for accommodation, flights, and ferries, from availability checks and confirmations through changes, cancellations, and post-booking support.

I conducted B2B outreach to accommodation businesses, contributing to the onboarding of 50+ partners. I also prepared commercial offers and maintained ongoing communication with hotel partners.

I handled escalated customer cases, coordinated supplier payments and customer refunds, and trained new team members. I also supported payroll and employee administration, including manual calculations and employee data checks with the external accountant.
