I am a goal-oriented administrator with extensive hands-on experience across healthcare, recruitment and a national research institute. I take pride in delivering sensitive, patient-focused service and reliable office operations.

In my current NHS role I manage patient referrals, provide telephone support, maintain secure patient records, compile weekly and quarterly statistics, produce and maintain electronic rosters using Staff Care, and deliver user training as required.

In recruitment and customer-facing roles I coordinate meetings and travel, draft clear written communications, supervise administrative staff, handle customer enquiries and complaints, manage social media outreach and contribute to KPI tracking and content creation.

I hold an MBA and a BSc in Economics and have completed Google Digital Marketing & E‑commerce and Google Data Analytics courses via Coursera. I bring empathy, attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to supporting teams and improving processes.
