What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote, phone-based Customer Service or Virtual Assistant role where I can provide excellent service, empathetic support, and reliable assistance to customers.

Across Zitra Microfinance Bank, OPay, PalmPay, and Moniepoint, I engaged customers, explained financial and digital payment products, and supported registration and account activation. I built customer relationships through careful needs assessment and consistent follow-up.

As a Field Data Enumerator / Collector on the ACReSAL Project, I interviewed community members and captured and validated records using Kobo Collect. My experience also includes teaching chemistry and maintaining operational records as a Chemical Process Operator.
