What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building employer brand, leadership, communications, and cross-sector programs where I can turn strategy into engaging experiences, strengthen partnerships, and create measurable impact.

I'm leading employer branding, leadership development, and talent-pipeline initiatives at Philip Morris Kazakhstan, partnering with leadership, PR agencies, universities, and vendors across Kazakhstan and Central Asia South. I manage the Brand Ambassadors program and helped activate initiatives including PMK Faces, Pilotage, GrowLead, and the Philip Morris Business Academy.

Previously, I launched Ustaz Zholy, a national digital platform for teachers, created the BrandAlmaty civic-engagement Telegram bot, and founded Businessvue Junior, an entrepreneurship program that reached 50+ rural-school students and secured $2.7K in grant funding. My work combines project delivery, communications, partnerships, and public-facing programs across education, social innovation, and diplomacy.
