I'm Akaspreet, a final year Computer Engineering student at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET). Currently, I am gaining invaluable experience at NIC (National Informatics Centre), New Delhi, where I'm working on a real-time project set to impact millions nationwide. I am an immediate joiner and possess a strong background in computer vision and machine learning. With skills in C++, Python, and full-stack development, including proficiency in the MERN stack.

During my internship at the National Informatics Center, I led the development of an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, contributing to the One Nation, One Challan initiative. I analyzed a vast amount of Indian challan data to extract insights and understand traffic complexities globally. Using analytics, I processed over 5 crore challan entries and categorized them into 12 segments for visualization.

One of my notable projects is Traffix, an intelligent traffic control solution. By implementing genetic algorithms, I modified green lights in real-time, resulting in a 25% reduction in traffic delays. I also optimized traffic flow at a four-way junction, achieving a 30% increase in intersection throughput. Additionally, I developed a loan assessment model called Loan Guard, which predicts repayment using income and interest rate inputs. This model achieved over 91% accuracy and 96% precision using ensemble techniques.
