Anoop Kaur

I am a passionate full-stack developer with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications that support digital governance initiatives. During my internship at the Department of Governance Reforms in Punjab, I contributed to the development of internal applications using Angular for the frontend and .NET for the backend. My work involved secure data handling with Microsoft SQL Server and Dapper, as well as integrating payment systems with Stripe. One of my notable projects was 'Crafter’s Corner', a rental space management platform where I improved project efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

In addition to my internship experience, I have developed several projects that showcase my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. I created an Employee Attrition Prediction model that achieved an accuracy of 87.76% using a Random Forest Classifier, which I deployed as a real-time Streamlit web app. My work on a heart disease prediction model using machine learning also demonstrated my ability to apply data analytics effectively. Furthermore, I designed an interactive Netflix dashboard using Tableau to visualize streaming data, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
