What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused hospitality role where I can coordinate groups and stakeholders end-to-end, keep administration and invoicing accurate, improve booking conversion, and use digital tools to streamline operations.

I’m an Administration and operations coordination professional with more than 3 years of experience managing complex administrative files, invoice tracking, data contrrol, and multi-stakeholder coordination (suppliers, clients, internal teams) in international environments.

In my Groups Reservations Coordinator role, I handled end-to-end group booking cycles—from RFPs and quotes to contract negotiation, rooming lists, billing, and post-stay follow-up—while coordinating closely with housekeeping, F&B, and front office to support smooth arrivals and departures.

Previously, as a Reservations Agent, I handled inbound reservation requests across multiple hotel brands in French and English, managed customer accounts and loyalty programme queries, and resolved complaints with personalised service while applying hotel sales and upselling techniques to optimise booking conversion rates.
