I’ve managed catalog and website operations for Journey Fulfillment (Remote Catalog & Website Management Specialist) since 2015—creating SKUs, researching market trends, keeping product information accurate, and verifying compatibility for customer research. I also edit and upload product images, coordinate inventory needs with employees on site, and use Google Sheets to aggregate information.

I’ve improved how listings and the site work end-to-end: I developed item listing standards (title text, body text, thumbnail formatting), created screen buyback program standards and testing processes, and oversaw backend and front-end improvements for a new website launch. I’ve also handled Lead Quality Control Technician responsibilities, troubleshooting hardware issues and supporting technicians, and more recently worked as a Materials Control Technician at Saint Francis Health System managing PAR room inventory.
