Ajifa Victor

I’m a fresh graduate with a B.Tech (B.Hons) background and hands-on experience across customer service relations, sales, and computer support. I bring strong communication, a friendly approach, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while keeping guest experiences welcoming and organized.

From 2018 to 2021, I worked as a Sales Representative and Manager in a family business, where I managed sales of gas and chemical products and handled inflow/outflow cash and POS service. In 2024, I continued in sales and merchandising by introducing and selling a new ice cream product and creating strategies to improve Yettyspeak products and their varieties amid strong competition. I also completed an internship as an Operation Manager, supervising overall operations from raw material sourcing and logistics to production of livestock feeds, storage, and sales of finished products.

On the technical side, I served as a Computer Support and Operator from Feb 2022 to Jan 2023, including computer literacy tutoring for beginners and support tasks such as Microsoft Office use, application software installation, and operating systems guidance. I’ve also built my support foundation through completion in Technical Support Specialist (Google-Coursera), Basic Customer Support (CISCO NetAcad), and soft skills (Jobberman Nigeria). I’m ready to apply this mix of service, sales drive, and practical tech support to contribute immediately and keep improving in a dynamic team.
