Ajala Usman

I’m an industrial chemistry BTech graduate and an aspiring data analyst, focused on turning real-world operational and customer data into clear, decision-ready insights. Through my laboratory internship, I supported production by helping formulate products such as engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, and MS soluble oil.

I bring a results-driven, quality-first mindset from analyzing lubricant samples before and after production, and checking that products meet specifications before packaging for distribution. I’m used to working with urgency and accuracy, applying multitasking and time-management to keep tasks on track.

Alongside technical work, I’ve delivered customer-facing impact—controlling customer feedback for review tasks, collaborating with other agencies to solve customer problems, and providing quality service for new clients. More recently as a Digital Marketer, I promoted scientific laboratory equipment through e-mails, text messages, and WhatsApp, bridging customers and the sales team to achieve sales goals.
