What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly passionate professional with experience working with customers and data. I resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency through chat and email support, while staying focused on accuracy, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
With a background in Computer Science and HND in Computer Science, I’ve built hands-on data capability through my roles and training. At Bhojsons Plc (2019–2025), I accurately input data into spreadsheets and databases, tracked stock levels, reviewed records for errors, and prepared summaries, charts, and reports from entered data—always handling sensitive data securely and following privacy policies.
