What I'm looking for

I seek a communications or customer-facing role where I can apply teaching, content creation, and service skills to drive engagement, stakeholder relationships, and responsible tech awareness.

I am a communications professional with a Bachelor's degree in Education and over five years of combined experience across teaching, customer service, sales, and administration.

I have delivered English-medium instruction, developed engaging lesson materials, and maintained consistent communication with parents and school leadership. In customer-facing roles I resolved service issues, handled billing inquiries, and coordinated across teams to improve outcomes.

As a sales and communications practitioner I promoted internet services, met sales targets, and crafted persuasive messaging to educate customers about technology products. I also managed front-desk operations and administrative duties that supported smooth organizational workflows.

I am passionate about using communications to drive awareness around societal issues, including responsible technology development, and I bring strong written communication, content creation, customer service, and collaboration skills to every role.
