Currently leading, managing, and holding accountability for BCBA and RBT staff. Responsible for achieving department financial and productivity goals, while also participating in the recruitment and onboarding process.

Oversaw Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Cardiac Rehab Press Ganey scores, which significantly increased to target/stretch goals for FY15-16. Maintained insurance prior approval authorizations/precertification required by payer groups, steadily reducing ultimate denials.

Developed operational workflows and narratives, and created and maintained operating manuals for over 30 departments relocating into the Center for Care and Discovery. Collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team of 20 to formulate and maintain a Patient Move Plan.

Served as the patient representative for the University of Chicago Medicine’s complaint tracking system, operating under an immediate service recovery model. Partnered with patient safety/risk management teams and physician leaders in facilitating conflict management and complaint resolution.

Managed calendars, meeting requests, travel, and finances for the Director of Special Projects and the Executive Director of Patient Care Services. Provided administrative support in preparation for and execution of projects including Magnet, Joint Commission, and IDPH visits.

Pursued a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration at the University of St. Francis. Focused on advanced topics in healthcare leadership and management.

Studied Healthcare Management at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. Gained foundational knowledge in healthcare systems and administration.
