I’m a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator and Property Operations Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience overseeing residential property maintenance end-to-end. I keep units “guest-ready” by combining meticulous quality control, proactive communication, and disciplined workflow management.

At Simba Realty (April 2020 – June 2024), I directed day-to-day maintenance operations across a residential portfolio. I scheduled and dispatched vendors, contractors, and repair teams to meet turnaround timelines, managed short-term rental turnovers, and coordinated cleaning so units were ready prior to move-ins, inspections, and guest arrivals.

I strengthen operations through structured inspections and clear documentation. I conducted regular property walk-throughs using reports, photographs, and checklists, maintained work order and inspection records, and acted as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors—resolving urgent issues with minimal disruption.

Before that, as a Virtual Assistant (Independent Contractor, Jan 2019 – Mar 2020), I supported property managers with vendor communication, appointment scheduling, and maintenance follow-ups. I also handled customer-facing operations as a Customer Support Agent for Talabat and Revolut campaigns, where I used Zendesk/Salesforce ticketing and consistently met KPIs like AHT, FCR, and CSAT.
